Pipa de Dragón is a striking ceremonial pipe, hand carved by Maestro Rolando Pangoza at the Aya Madre Center near Iquitos, Peru. Sculpted from sustainably harvested Palo Rojo wood, this piece reflects a deep reverence for the earth, the craft, and the sacred traditions surrounding Mapacho.
The dragon form carries a powerful presence, symbolizing protection, strength, and transformation. Every detail is carefully shaped by hand, from the flowing body to the expressive features, giving the pipe both visual intensity and a sense of living energy. The natural richness of the Palo Rojo wood adds warmth and depth, making each piece entirely unique.
Created with intention and respect, the Pipa de Dragón is more than a functional pipe. It is a ceremonial ally, a work of art, and a reflection of the lineage and spirit of the Amazon.
