Sacred plants, Wise spirits,
I call upon you with gratitude and trust.
You have guided me to release what no longer serves me,
To see the truth of who I am beyond fear, beyond rejection.
I surrender the weight I have carried,
I surrender the blockages within my mind, my heart, and my gut.
I ask for your wisdom, your healing, and your strength.
Clear the path within me,
So that energy may flow freely,
So that my body, my spirit, and my heart may be in harmony.
I trust in the unseen work taking place,
I trust in your medicine moving through me,
I trust that I am held, guided, and supported in this journey.
May I listen deeply,|
May I open fully,
May I walk in alignment with the healing you offer me.

This prayer was written by our dear friend, Katie, while at an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru. It inspired us to start our business, Sacred Plants, and continues to inspire us every day. We hope you enjoy it!
