Cacao (Theobroma cacao, meaning "food of the gods") has a long history in Amazonian and Mesoamerican traditions, where it has been prepared and shared in ceremony for thousands of years. Unlike processed chocolate, ceremonial cacao keeps its full fat content and its natural theobromine.

Palo santo, meaning “holy wood,” is a sacred tree native to South America, long used in traditional practices. These sustainably harvested sticks come from naturally fallen Bursera graveolens trees, gathered with respect for both the forest and the rhythms of the land.

In regions of Peru and Ecuador, palo santo has been used for generations by Indigenous communities as part of ceremonial and daily life.
